After your piece arrives
Care &
returns.
Jewellery care
Keep your piece dry and remove it before bathing, swimming or exercising. Avoid perfume and household chemicals. Store it separately and use a soft, dry cloth to bring back the copper highlights. The patina will continue to develop naturally with wear.
Ready-made returns
If you change your mind, email the studio within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the piece unworn and in its original condition. The item price and standard delivery charge will be refunded after it is received; return postage is your responsibility.
Commissions & faults
Personalised and custom-made commissions cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights: if a piece is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact the studio and it will be put right.
